Delivered, then invoiced
You get the completed report first. The invoice follows once it's in your inbox.
Net-30 terms
Standard 30-day payment terms for architecture, building, and development firms.
One arborist, one contact
The same ISA Certified Arborist and a direct line for every project. No call center, no rotating account reps.
Why clients come back
We know where the fees hide
Moving a protection fence two feet or adjusting a TPZ boundary can cut thousands in cash-in-lieu charges. We flag those before you file, not after.
No re-explaining your process
We remember how you work. Same standards, same expectations, faster turnaround because there's no learning curve.
Priority scheduling
Returning clients get first pick on site visits. Tight deadline? We've made it work before.
Same arborist, application support included
One ISA Certified Arborist across all your projects, plus city-specific application notes and submission guidance with every report.
You don't need to know this. We do.
These are the quirks that catch developers mid-project. We work in all of them.
- Pickering
Protects trees down to 2.5 cm diameter. That's a broom handle. Every other GTA city starts at 15 cm or higher.
- Hamilton
No single tree bylaw. Pre-amalgamation rules from 2001 still apply. Ancaster: 45 cm minimum. Dundas: 15 cm. Flamborough: no bylaw at all.
- Toronto
The ravine bylaw protects trees of any size. A 5 cm sapling in a ravine zone gets the same protection as a 100 cm oak.
- Richmond Hill
Lowered the minimum diameter from 20 cm to 15 cm in 2025. Trees that were fine last year now need a permit. Cash-in-lieu: $945 per tree.
- Brampton
Continuing offence penalty: up to $10,000 per day. Replanting requirements are at the Commissioner's sole discretion.
