If the removal ground is a hazardous or high-risk tree, ask us first. Some Metro Vancouver bylaws require a report author who also holds the ISA Tree Risk Assessment Qualification.

Each municipality below has its own rule on who may author the report. Read the rule, then ask us before you order.
- New Westminster
Bylaw s.2.1(c) requires ISA or BC ITA certification, plus the ISA Tree Risk Assessment Qualification (TRAQ), plus a City or intermunicipal business licence held by the individual.
- Surrey
The Surrey Tree Protection Bylaw defines the arborist as an ISA Certified Arborist who is also an ISA Tree Risk Assessor.
- White Rock
The bylaw definitions require an ISA Certified Arborist with a current TRAQ credential.
